How to cope with schizophrenia

here's how i cope up with it:

1. if the voices tells you something not right immediately always know this facts:
1. God does not want you to loose sleep
2. God wants you to eat, forcing you to fast is not fasting
3. God will never force you to do anything, you have given a free choice from the start.
4. God will not blackmail you
5. Your Friends/Prophets cannot read your mind, and there are no technologies that can because God will not allow it, the evil spirits just don't want you to sleep 
6. You do not have superpowers like super hearing etc, you are sick
7. God does not change, what he said you must do, you must do, he will not change it casually.
8. You cannot find God in the sound that your hearing like motor/vehicle sounds/frogs/crickets/electric-fan
2. resist the voices they just want to boost your ego, pride.
3. do not skip meals
4. take our medicine it will help you sleep
5. sleep with your family/siblings -  if you cannot sleep
6. read the bible - a person who doesn't know the word of God mostly become psychotic
7. pray everynight - always pray

How to support a Schizoprenic Person

1. pray for him
2. make him listen to the word of God everyday
3. talk to him always
4. when he doesn't want to eat, ask him if he is fasting or convince him that the food you are giving him/her are safe, by eating a portion/half of it

How Schizophrenia Attacks

So at this point you may ask how do you really cope up with schizophrenia?  

Well it takes effort to do so, the first thing you want to do is to stop listening to the voices words, they attack you 24/7 mine last for about a month then i start recovering, in my case when the attacks come there are days that i think that i was really listening to Gods/Prophets/Friends voices that i cant sleep thinking about it, it last for about 2-3 days sometimes without sleep on those days, as the often the voices will prevent you to sleep/eat/talk. If you stop listening to the voices they will gradually weaken and weaken until you cannot finally hear them anymore, the first month will have the notable changes.

Because schizophrenia is a evil spirit, here is how i prove them to be:

• They do not want you to eat 
• They do not want you to sleep
• They sow doubts on you(in my case my love for God and my family) 
• They will sometime tell you to read the bible(John/Revelations) - if it you are a christian you will mostly face this pattern just to make you either look bad/sad or to make you prideful 
• They will prevent you to talk with your parents/close relatives 

From schizophrenic to psychotic:
how do they make you into one? here are there some methods:

1. Make you listen to there voice(first boosting your ego).
2. They will make you restless(they prevent you from sleeping) 
• how?, for example they tell you that your mind is actually being read by your friend via telepathy, do you know how hard that is, you will not sleep because you will think they are laughing or judging how dirty your mind is.
3. They will prevent you from eating(they will tell you the food is poisoned/ or with worms tn:if you are the love ones you should eat half of the food to show that its edible before giving it to them)
4. They will cut all your ties with your family/friends(caution to those who is living alone, its better to stay with your love ones)
5. They will make you trust them and only them
6. After that you are basically psychotic now.

Introduction

Hi, im lawrence and i have schizophrenia i am making this blog for others to read how do i cope up with my illness, some of you believe that this illness is just a chemical imbalance i tell you why its not, did you know that people who partially recovered on this illness can have a relapse again but what if i told you that they all happen in the same date and sometimes even on the exact day, your illness will attack you the same month you had this illness and in my case always in the same day, the attack is always strong every month of september, fortunately i do recover from being psychotic to schizophrenic shortly after i test the voices that i hear which i tell you are evil spirits/demons. You may ask a person who recovered from this illness and they will tell you that it is an evil spirits.
